The LR-PB-SW Ligature Resistant Privacy Bathroom Swinging Door provides enhanced patient privacy while helping maintain a safer environment. At 78″ tall, the system provides substantially more visual coverage than traditional partial-height behavioral healthcare bathroom doors. A flexible, shatter-resistant polycarbonate door incorporates sloped surfaces designed to reduce opportunities for ligature attachment, while the rear wall gasket closes the area behind the pivot to eliminate the sightline and help prevent objects from being introduced behind the hinge assembly. The system is designed for installation within a cased opening or hollow metal frame and combines durable, corrosion-resistant construction with a clean, purpose-built design appropriate for demanding behavioral healthcare environments.

- At 78" tall, the LR-PB-SW provides greater privacy helping preserve patient dignity in behavioral healthcare environments.
- The 1/8" polycarbonate door is flexible, strong and shatter resistant. Its sloped profile is intended to reduce the ability to wrap or secure a ligature over the top of the door. The polycarbonate panel is offered in frosted or white.
- A gasket positioned behind the pivot helps close the space between the door assembly and wall. This prevents patients from sliding a ligature behind the pivot while also eliminating the sightline through the rear of the assembly for increased privacy.
- The system incorporates a hardcoated aluminum hinge, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and scratching for long-term durability in bathroom and shower environments.
- Designed for installation within a cased opening or hollow metal door frame (by others).
